Any Player found to be under the age of 21 will have their Account immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any winnings forfeited. nekopo may refer any such case to relevant authorities. nekopo reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, or residence at any time and to suspend or close an Account pending satisfactory verification. Each Player is permitted to hold only one active Account on the nekopo platform. Opening, attempting to open, or operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions. nekopo reserves the right to merge or close duplicate Accounts and to void any Wagers or winnings associated with them.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. nekopo shall not be liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated Account information provided by the Player.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. nekopo will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must notify nekopo immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure, you must withdraw any remaining real-money Balance. nekopo may retain your data for the periods required under applicable law and our internal compliance obligations, as further described in our Privacy Policy.
nekopo is committed to operating a compliant, fraud-free platform. As part of this commitment, all Players are required to complete identity verification before making their first withdrawal and at any subsequent point at our discretion.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 for e-wallets and Rp 50.000 for bank transfers. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method and Account tier; refer to the Payment Methods page or contact support for current figures. Withdrawal minimums are Rp 50.000; maximum daily withdrawal limits may apply depending on Account verification level and VIP tier.
Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time or within a maximum of 5 minutes. Withdrawal processing times vary by method: BCA, BRI, and BNI transfers are typically settled within 5 to 15 minutes; other bank transfers within 10 to 30 minutes; e-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay) typically within 5 to 10 minutes. These are estimated averages and are not guaranteed; bank processing schedules may affect actual settlement times, particularly during national holidays such as Idul Fitri, Nyepi, or Indonesian Independence Day (17 August).
All transactions on the nekopo platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). nekopo does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs arising from the use of foreign-issued payment instruments are borne solely by the Player.
Players must only deposit funds from and withdraw funds to payment accounts registered in their own legal name. Depositing from or withdrawing to third-party accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension, KYC escalation, and potential forfeiture of funds pending investigation.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotions offered by nekopo are subject to specific wagering requirements and validity periods, which are clearly stated on each individua l promotion's detail page or in the promotional communication issued to the Player. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms attached to that promotion in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.
Bonus Credits must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses is 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated. Contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games 10–20%, and sports betting markets vary by odds.
nekopo operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions considered abusive include, but are not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk hedged bets solely to fulfill wagering requirements, sharing or transferring Bonus Credits between Accounts, and colluding with other Players to exploit promotional mechanics. nekopo reserves the right to void Bonus Credits, cancel associated winnings, and close Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse.
All Bonus Credits and associated wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period stated on the promotion. Expired Bonus Credits are automatically removed from your Account balance without notice and cannot be reinstated. It is the Player's responsibility to track their own bonus expiry dates.
nekopo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not retroactively alter the terms applicable to Bonus Credits already credited to a Player's Account and in active use.
All casino games, slot machines, and lottery draws available on the nekopo platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent third-party testing agencies. The outcome of every game round is determined by the RNG and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by any party, including nekopo staff.
All sports Wagers are governed by the specific market rules published on the relevant event or competition page at the time the Wager is placed. nekopo offers markets on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, Piala AFF, and other domestic and international competitions. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the bet to pay out; a void selection reduces the accumulator to the remaining legs. Voor bola (Asian handicap) rules follow standard Asian Handicap market conventions.
Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are sourced from officially published lottery authorities for each respective market (Singapore, Hongkong, Sydney, Macau). In the event of a draw cancellation or postponement by the issuing authority, all Wagers on the affected draw will be voided and stakes returned to Players' Accounts.
If a network disconnection or Service Interruption occurs during an active game round, nekopo's system will complete the round according to the game's pre-set rules and the RNG outcome determined at the moment of disconnection. The result will be recorded in the Player's transaction history. nekopo is not liable for losses resulting from a Player's own connectivity failure.
In the event of a software malfunction or technical error that affects the outcome or display of a game, nekopo reserves the right to void the affected Wager and return the stake to the Player's Account. Malfunctions void all pays and plays. Any winnings generated as a result of a technical error are not valid and will not be paid.

In all cases where nekopo's liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
